Thank you for shopping with Pretty Gorgeous Stuff. We take great care in packaging and quality-checking every piece of jewellery and charm before it reaches you. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns and Cancellations

  • We do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

  • Order cancellations are not allowed after the payment has been successfully completed.


Refunds

We offer refunds only in the case of:

  • Items damaged during transit.

To be eligible for a full refund, you must provide a complete unboxing video that clearly shows:

  1. The unopened package

  2. The product being unboxed in one continuous take

  3. The damage or breakage clearly visible on first inspection


Refunds Are Not Available For:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • General dissatisfaction with the design, color, or size

  • Damages reported without an unboxing video


How to Request a Refund

If you’ve received a damaged item during transit:

  1. Record an unboxing video while opening the package.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once we verify your video and claim, we’ll process a refund or send a replacement based on availability within 5–7 business days.
