Refunds

To be eligible for a full refund, you must provide a complete unboxing video that clearly shows:

The product being unboxed in one continuous take

The damage or breakage clearly visible on first inspection

How to Request a Refund
If you’ve received a damaged item during transit:

Record an unboxing video while opening the package.
